Tamil Legal Memory is TLTE's reference desk for evidence-preservation doctrine. TLTE does not collect, host, or chain-of-custody evidence itself. All preservation work is routed to credentialed bodies — Mnemonic for digital evidence, ITJP and PEARL for testimony and dossiers — and supports their universal-jurisdiction proceedings without duplicating them.
