Diplomatic Protocol
தூதரக நெறிமுறை
Becoming · Nilaiththanmai · நிலைத்தன்மை
TLTE does not maintain diplomatic relations. This page describes the protocol standards we aim to uphold when engaging with international institutions, parliaments, and civil society — as a matter of civic discipline, not statehood.
Standard 1
Transparency
All parliamentary engagement publicly logged. No private undertakings on behalf of communities.
Standard 2
Accuracy
No unverified claims in any correspondence with institutions. Citation-grounded only.
Standard 3
Inclusivity
Multi-community representation — not Tamil-only. The future this serves is shared.
Standard 4
Accountability
Named representatives only; reviewable mandates; recall procedure published.
Standard 5
Non-violence
Rejection of armed struggle as a diplomatic tool. No glorification of armed groups.
Current capacity (Aarambam)
- Parliamentary evidence packs (see /mp-packs)
- UN mechanism submissions — only via credentialed partner organisations
- Academic and civil-society dialogue
- Media transparency through the Continuity ledger
