Stewardship Register

The Stewardship Register documents how a Kindred seat opens. This era the process is published; the opening events themselves wait for Nilaiththanmai.

1. Step 1 — Designation

   A seat is designated when its civic function is named in canon and a holder is identified by two Archons.

2. Step 2 — Interim or sealed

   If UK GDPR or safeguarding requires immediate cover, the seat opens interim (Gate 1) or sealed (Continuity Witness this era).

3. Step 3 — Continuity record

   The opening is appended to /continuity/changelog and signed into the verifiable export.

4. Step 4 — Public register

   The seat appears on /kindred. Public handle and one-line note only — never PII beyond what the holder volunteered.

There is no self-add path. Expressed interest is held at /contact and reviewed when a seat opens.
