Mnemonic preserves digital evidence; ITJP and PEARL hold testimony and dossiers under credentialed chains-of-custody. TLTE routes all evidence to these bodies.

Universal jurisdiction

Universal-jurisdiction proceedings concerning serious international crimes alleged to have been committed in Sri Lanka are open in several jurisdictions. TLTE supports without duplicating.

UK MoJ posture

UK Ministry of Justice consideration of universal-jurisdiction proceedings is an open question warranting parliamentary scrutiny.
